Our team includes experienced engineers, QC specialists, and production staff who have been in the Pilates equipment industry for decades. Many of our senior technicians have over 15 years of hands-on experience in reformer frame welding, spring assembly, and upholstery finishing.
We operate in a 20,000+ sq.ft facility organized into dedicated zones: material storage, frame fabrication, assembly line, QC inspection, and packing. This layout allows us to maintain consistent quality across every unit produced.

We use commercial-grade steel and marine-grade aluminum where appropriate. The frame sections that bear the most load are reinforced beyond minimum spec — even if it adds material cost.
⚙️ Spring & Pulley Assembly
Each spring is tension-tested individually before assembly. If a spring deviates more than 5% from spec, it's rejected — not used on the next tension setting.
🔍Carriage & Rail System
We use sealed bearing wheels with nylon raceways rather than bare steel-on-steel. This choice reduces noise, eliminates lubrication maintenance, and prevents the 'wobble' that develops on lower-spec reformers after months of use.
🎨 Finish That Survives Shipping & Sweat
Electrostatic powder coating is applied at a controlled thickness, then baked. This is more expensive than spray paint, but it doesn't chip during ocean freight and doesn't corrode in humid studio environments.
