Choosing the right pilates reformer factory is a strategic decision for studio owners, fitness brands, and institutional buyers. The factory behind your equipment determines everything — from frame quality and product consistency to lead times and after-sales support. Megacore operates a fully owned manufacturing facility in Jiangmen, Guangdong Province, with 24 years of continuous production experience spanning over 200,000 reformers delivered worldwide.Jiangmen sits about 90 minutes from the Guangzhou port cluster, which keeps our export logistics simple and our sea freight options broad. The location is no accident: it puts us at the center of southern China’s fitness equipment manufacturing region, where skilled metalworkers, upholsterers and finishing specialists are part of the local industrial culture.
Eight Workshops, One Production Flow
Materials move in a straight line through the factory — from raw metal at one end to crated reformers at the loading dock. That layout is deliberate: it shortens handling time and makes quality checkpoints easy to enforce.

1. Raw Material Warehouse
Steel tubes, aluminum profiles, foam and upholstery vinyl are stored and logged by batch. Incoming material inspection happens here before anything enters production.

2. Cutting & Forming
CNC tube cutting and bending stations shape frames to drawing tolerances. Consistent geometry at this stage is what makes every reformer in a batch feel identical.

3. Welding & Polishing
Frames are welded with precision jigs, then ground and polished to remove sharp edges and prepare surfaces for coating. Weld quality here determines long-term structural safety.

4. Surface Treatment & Powder Coating
Components pass through anti-rust treatment, then high-voltage electrostatic powder coating with oven curing. The result is a scratch-resistant, durable finish that survives years of studio use and cleaning.

5. Upholstery Workshop
Foam is cut to density specs and covered with commercial-grade vinyl by experienced upholsterers. Stitching tension and seam placement are checked because padding takes the most abuse in daily classes.

6. Assembly Lines
Trained fitters assemble carriages, springs, ropes, straps and stoppers. Hardware is torqued to spec and every moving part is checked for smooth travel before the unit moves on.

7. QC & Testing Area
A dedicated area where finished units are loaded, glided, balanced and inspected against the 12-point final checklist. Testing reports are filed per batch and available to buyers.

8. Packing & Loading Dock
Finished machines are cleaned, wrapped and packed with protective materials, then staged for container loading. See our packaging & shipping page for the full export standard.
Equipment & Capability Highlights
Process
Equipment / method
Why it matters
Frame cutting
CNC cutting & bending
Tight tolerances = identical geometry across every unit
Welding
Precision jig welding
Structural strength and consistent alignment
Finishing
Anti-rust treatment + electrostatic powder coating
Durable, scratch-resistant, studio-safe surfaces
실내 장식
Commercial vinyl + density-tested foam
Longevity under daily class wear
Testing
Load, glide & balance checks per unit
Every machine verified, not spot-checked
Our team includes experienced metalworkers, welders, upholsterers and QC inspectors. Many have spent their whole careers in fitness equipment manufacturing — the kind of institutional knowledge that shows up in details like seam placement and spring seating that specs alone can’t capture.
Factory Audits & Visits Are Welcome
Serious buyers are invited to see the factory before placing volume orders. If you can’t travel, we’ll walk you through the floor on a live video call — you pick the workshop, we show it in real time. Our Factory Tour page explains both options, and the Guangzhou Showroom is open for hands-on testing of finished models.
We also support third-party inspections (SGS, BV or your own agent) before shipment — the factory opens its floor to external auditors without restrictions.
