Since 2003 we have manufactured pilates equipment in our own factory in Guangdong, which means changes are handled on the production floor rather than outsourced. A custom order runs through requirements confirmation, drawings or a sample plan, sample production, your approval, mass production, inspection and finally shipping.
You approve a physical sample before we scale. That single step avoids the most expensive mistake in custom manufacturing: producing a batch that is not quite right.

Minimum Orders for custom pilates machines
Prilagođene narudžbe zahtijevaju minimalne količine koje ovise o složenosti prilagodbe. Promjene boje okvira i standardne opcije presvlaka obično zahtijevaju najmanje 3 do 5 jedinica. Potpuni OEM ili ODM programi s jedinstvenim specifikacijama općenito započinju s 10 do 20 jedinica po modelu. Structural changes such as carriage dimensions or footprint are possible but need engineering review and a new sample, because they affect load ratings and warranty. We will tell you clearly which category your request falls into.
Yes, for any custom configuration. A pre-production sample is built to your spec, and mass production only begins after you approve it in writing. This is the most reliable way to protect both sides on a custom order and it is standard practice for us.
It depends on the model and how far the customization goes, so we confirm it per project. Deeply custom builds usually need a higher minimum than light branding changes, because setup and tooling effort is greater.
