Born From Car Interior Design
The frame is molded PU, not welded tube. That is what makes the curved silhouette possible, and it is also why the surface can carry a soft-touch finish instead of paint. Seams are reduced because the shape comes out of the tool in one piece. Where most studiom machines read as gym equipment, the K18 reads as furniture. In a boutique studio with a street window, that difference is worth money.

PU Molded Body
Closed-tool PU foam over pre-installed steel parts. Curved surfaces come out as one piece, so there are fewer seams to work loose over years of classes.
Aluminium Alloy Rails
Carries the carriage without the flex of thin steel tubing, and does not rust in humid studios or seaside locations.
Multi-Position Footbar
Two to four more angle settings than most factory reformers, each held by a 304 stainless pin so a class can reset the same position between clients.
Korean Piano Wire Springs
Six springs with consistent tension from the first rep to the thousandth, colour coded for fast swaps between exercises.
Silent PU Runners
Imported wear-resistant PU wheels plus molded nylon glass-fiber pulleys. Six sessions a day without the room sounding like a gym.
Stainless Hardware and Rubber Feet
304 stainless pins do not seize in the wet season. Solid rubber damping pads stop the frame walking on polished floors and take the ring out of jumps.

K18 Dimensions
Two K18 machines side by side need roughly 2 m between frame edges to let an instructor pass. It ships in two cartons, so it goes through a standard 900 mm door and into a lift before assembly – check the stairwell turn, not just the door width.

K18 Frequently Asked Questions
Is the PU body strong enough for commercial use?
Yes. The body is molded PU foam around pre-installed steel components, with aluminium alloy rails carrying the carriage. It is specified for studios running back-to-back classes, not only home use.
Does the curved body make it harder to keep clean?
It is easier in one respect and harder in another. Anti-stain microfiber wipes clean and hides hand marks, but the curve has more surface than a square frame, so a full wipe takes slightly longer.
Can I choose a different spring set?
Yes. The standard set is 1 × 4 kg, 2 × 8 kg, 2 × 12 kg and 1 × 44 kg. If you teach athletic or rehab classes, we change the mix before production starts.

What is the lead time?
It depends on finish, spring set, accessories and order size, so we put it in writing with the quotation instead of quoting a generic number here.
