A reformer that survives several weeks at sea needs more than a cardboard box. This page explains our export packaging standard, how orders are loaded and shipped, the freight terms we quote, the documents you receive, and what happens if something is damaged in transit. We ship reformers to studios, distributors and fitness brands across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, so the process is built around long routes and repeated port handling. Our Export Packaging Standard
Every machine is packed with a multi-layer protection system designed for sea freight, container stacking and rough port handling. The same standard applies to a single sample and a full container.
Packaging is matched to the model and the route, so a delicate finish or a long sea leg gets heavier protection rather than the same carton used for a short domestic move.
- Protective film and foam corner guards - the machine body is wrapped to prevent scratches and impact damage
- Heavy-duty carton or wooden crate - cartons for standard export; wooden crates for long routes, delicate finishes or added stacking strength, with fumigation certificates where wooden crates are used
- Palletizing and strapping - packed units are secured to pallets so forklifts and container loading do not stress the packaging
- Loading plan - units are arranged in the container for maximum density with stable weight distribution

Shipping Methods and Terms
Sea freight is the standard for bulk orders, with air freight used for urgent orders and samples where delivery in days rather than weeks is worth the premium.
Every order includes a confirmed freight quote before production starts, so there are no surprise charges at the end.

Export paperwork trips up more shipments than cargo damage does. We prepare the full document set in-house and check it against your destination and payment terms before the vessel or flight departs.

The Shipping Process
From the moment your batch passes final inspection, the export team keeps the shipment moving and documents every handover.
- Production completes - your batch passes final inspection and testing records are filed
- Packing - units are wrapped, crated and palletized to the export standard above
- Booking and loading - we book the vessel or flight and load the container with photo documentation
- Customs and documents - export clearance, then the document set above is issued
- Transit and tracking - you receive tracking details and we monitor the shipment with you
- Delivery and handover - local delivery for DDP orders, or support at your destination port for FOB and CIF

Yes. DDP includes freight, customs clearance and delivery to your address, giving you one delivered price. FOB and CIF are also available depending on your preference and whether you use your own forwarder. We confirm the term and the quote before production starts.
Each machine is wrapped in protective film with foam corner protection, then packed in a carton or wooden crate depending on the model and route. Units are palletized and secured with strapping for container loading, and wooden crates are supplied with fumigation certificates.
Photograph the unit and the packaging before disposing of anything, then report to us within the claim window agreed in your contract. We review the evidence and arrange replacement parts or units as agreed, and we support insurance claims for covered shipments.
