Pin-Lock or Cam-Lock? The Only Real Difference
The K16 and C26 share the same frame, carriage, rails and springs. The choice comes down to how you lock the foot bar and arm positions.
K16 - Pin-and-Hole Locking
- Mechanical positive lock - the pin seats fully into the hole
- Nothing to loosen, slip or wear out over years of use
- Most maintenance-free option for high-traffic studios
- Simple to teach: pull the pin, seat it, done
- Preferred by clients who want zero play at the foot bar
C26 - Cam-Lever Locking
- Cam lever release - one-handed, faster to change mid-class
- Ideal for high-turnover formats with quick settings changes
- Same frame, same springs, same dimensions as the K16
- Faster for instructors cycling through mixed-level groups
- Available as our standard cam version

The K16 Platform, Locked Down Mechanically
The K16 is the model we spec for studios that want C26-grade duty cycles with a simpler, bulletproof adjustment.
Its welded stainless steel frame absorbs high-impact work with minimal vibration, and precision roller bearings keep the carriage ride smooth and quiet. The oversized 122.6 x 66.8 cm carriage and 96 cm rail give clients room to move and instructors a predictable platform for everything from foundational work to advanced, high-resistance sessions.
The difference is the lock: the K16 uses a pin-and-hole system for the foot bar and arm positions, so there is no cam to loosen, no lever to wear, and no play at the bar. It comes factory-direct from our 50,000 sq ft ISO 9001 certified plant, with 15-30 day lead times so you can open your studio without waiting on a middleman.

K16 Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the K16 and the C26?
They are the same machine on the same platform, with identical dimensions, springs, carriage and rails. The only difference is the adjustment mechanism: the K16 uses pin-and-hole locking, while the C26 uses cam levers. The K16 is the pin-lock version, the C26 is the cam-lock version.
What are the K16 dimensions and weight?
Overall 326.4 x 87 x 89.8 cm with a 326 x 66.8 x 45 cm main frame. Carriage is 122.6 x 66.8 cm, rail length 96 cm, seat height 45 cm. Packed weight is 160 kg across two boxes.
What springs come with the K16?
Eight springs: white 8 LBS x2, light gray 16 LBS x3, black 22 LBS x2, dark blue 88 LBS x1 in the updated configuration – a combined maximum of 196 LBS. Earlier units shipped with lighter white 4 LBS and gray 8 LBS springs.
Why choose pin-lock over cam-lock?
Pin-and-hole locking is a mechanical, positive lock – simple, durable, and with nothing to loosen or wear over time. Studios that want the most maintenance-free adjustment, or that have been burned by cam levers on cheaper machines, tend to prefer the K16. Cam-lock is faster to change one-handed, which is why the C26 stays the default for high-turnover class formats.
How many K16 units fit in a container?
16 units per 20GP and 42 units per 40HQ container.
How long does a K16 last in a commercial studio?
With 8-12 daily classes, the stainless steel frame is designed for years of daily rotation. Springs are the consumable part – we recommend inspection on a maintenance schedule, and we supply replacements directly.
Can I customize the K16?
Yes. Full OEM/ODM: custom Pantone colors, logo embroidery, branded packaging and manuals. Minimum 10 units per model for full customization.
What is the lead time and warranty?
15-30 days delivery to 150+ countries, DDP shipping available. 3-year warranty direct from the manufacturer – not through a distributor.
