OEM manufacturing means you bring the brand and the spec, and we build the reformer under your name. Megacore has made pilates equipment since 2003 at our own factory in Jiangmen, Guangdong, with sales and a showroom in Guangzhou. For studios, chains, distributors and fitness brands in Europe and North America, OEM is the fastest route to a reformer line that carries your logo, your finish and your packaging without building a supply chain from zero. What OEM Manufacturing Means at Megacore
With OEM, the product platform is ours and the brand is yours. You choose a base reformer model, then tell us how it should look and be configured when it reaches your customer. We manufacture, test and pack it to that spec, and it ships under your label.
This is not a reseller arrangement. The frame, carriage, springs and upholstery are produced in our factory, and our engineers work directly with you on any change that affects structure or performance.

OEM, ODM or Private Label: Which Model Fits You
The three models differ mainly in who owns the design and how much development work you take on. Pick the one that matches your team, your timeline and how much control you want over the final product.
If you already have drawings or a product idea you want built exactly, OEM is the right fit. If you want our engineers to design the machine and you apply your brand, that is ODM.

Every OEM order follows the same fixed sequence so there are no surprises at the end. You approve a physical sample before we commit to mass production.
Pre-shipment inspection is standard, and you are welcome to send a third-party inspector such as SGS or BV before goods leave the factory.

What You Can Customize
Customization is decided together so that anything affecting safety, load ratings or warranty stays within tested limits. We will always tell you plainly what can change and what should not.
Cosmetic and branding changes are the most common. Structural changes are possible but require engineering review and a new sample before mass production.

Quality, Documentation and Warranty
Reformers are checked at incoming material, during assembly and again before shipment. We issue a quality inspection certificate, and our existing report reference is GZHL2601000020601SP.
Every reformer carries a 3-year warranty on frame and parts. Spare parts remain available after the order ships, which matters most for studios running daily classes.

MOQ depends on the model, the level of customization and whether new tooling is required, so we confirm it per project rather than publish a single number. Send us your target model and configuration and we will quote the smallest order that makes commercial sense for both sides.
Yes. We apply your branding through plates, decals or embroidery, and we can add custom serial numbers and branded packaging. Logo and colour customization are charged as part of the OEM project, so they are quoted together with the machine.
Yes. For OEM and custom projects we build a pre-production sample with your branding so you can check finish, feel and function. Nothing goes into mass production until you approve that sample in writing. Sample and shipping costs are quoted as part of the order rather than provided at no charge.
Timing depends on the model, customization and current order book, and we confirm it with your quotation. As a rule, sample approval happens first, then mass production, then pre-shipment inspection and loading.
