Inside the Megacore Pilates Reformer Factory in Jiangmen

Our factory in Jiangmen, Guangdong, is a facility we own and operate, where every stage of a pilates reformer happens under one roof: frame cutting, welding, powder coating, upholstery, assembly, testing and packing. What you see here is the same floor your machines are built on, run by a team with more than 20 years of experience in fitness equipment manufacturing. The location puts us in the middle of southern China’s equipment-making region and within easy reach of the Guangzhou port cluster. This page walks through the workshops, the machinery that shapes quality, and how buyers can visit or audit the facility before placing a volume order.

Commercial pilates reformers

Továreň v skratke

We own the facility and control every stage in-house, which keeps quality, cost and lead time in our own hands rather than a third party’s. Machines move through one continuous flow instead of bouncing between subcontractors.

Materials move in a straight line through the factory, from raw metal at one end to crated reformers at the loading dock. That layout shortens handling time and makes quality checkpoints easy to enforce.
The table lists each workshop and the checkpoint that closes it out before the batch moves on.

Machinery and Processes That Matter

The machinery list matters less than what it produces consistently. These are the processes that decide how a reformer feels and how long it lasts in a busy studio.

The Team Behind the Machines

A factory is only as good as the people on the floor. Our team includes metalworkers, welders, upholsterers and QC inspectors, many of whom have spent their working lives in fitness equipment manufacturing.
That experience shows up in details a specification cannot capture, such as seam placement, spring seating and how a carriage is shimmed to glide evenly. It is the reason a batch of reformers feels and performs the same.

Location, Ports and Export Logistics

Jiangmen sits in southern China’s fitness equipment manufacturing region, about 90 minutes from the Guangzhou port cluster. That short hop keeps export logistics simple and sea freight options broad.
Being in this region also means access to skilled metalworkers, upholsterers and finishing specialists who are part of the local industrial culture, which supports consistent output at volume.

Factory Visits and Third-Party Audits

Serious buyers are invited to see the factory before placing volume orders. If you cannot travel, we walk the floor for you on a live video call and you choose which stations to see.

What Happens on the Floor During Your Order

Your order moves through the same stations as any other batch: cutting, welding, coating, upholstery, assembly, testing and packing. It is never diverted to a different line or farmed out.
We send milestone photos and videos so you can follow the batch without travelling, and you can request a live call to see your line in progress at any stage.

Your Tour Stops

The tour follows the production flow so you see how each stage feeds the next. You can stop longer at any station, and if your own order is on the line we will find it for you.

Three Ways to Take the Tour

Not every buyer can fly to Guangdong, so we make it easy to verify the factory from wherever you are. Each option shows the same floor; they differ in how much preparation they need and how much you can touch and test.

What to Bring and What You Will Leave With

A productive visit is a prepared one. Bring the questions you could not resolve by email, your model shortlist and any specifications you want to discuss on the floor.
Most serious buyers leave with their shortlist narrowed, a sample order placed or a production schedule confirmed.

What Visitors Typically Take Away

Buyers who tour the factory tend to describe the same experience: seeing a working production line and live inspection is more convincing than any brochure. The visit answers the practical questions that email cannot, such as how a carriage glides, how padding feels and how frames are welded.

Video visitors value being able to see their exact model on the line without travelling.

Booking a Tour

Tell us your preferred date or time and whether you want to visit in person or by video. For in-person visits we arrange logistics and pickup details, and for video tours we send a meeting link and walk the floor with you.
If your goal is to see your own order, book around your production run and we will schedule the tour so your batch is live on the line.
